This section will cover ITIL practices: nature and direction. It will aim to adopt, adapt and optimize the practices.
This module will allow you to understand the 4 dimensions of service management, value chains, components, activities and interactions.
This part will aim to manage information security, relationships, suppliers, IT assets. It will also aim to manage and monitor events, versions, service configuration, deployments, continuous improvement. This module will allow to control changes, to manage incidents, problems, service requests and service center.
This part will include preparation for the ITIL exam and taking the ITIL 4 certification exam.
